Put simply, when the quantity is too large to make by hand and too small to justify a mould.

  • You need tens to hundreds of parts and a mould would never pay for itself at that volume.
  • The design may still change and you do not want to commit to tooling that cannot absorb a change.
  • The batch will repeat irregularly and holding a large stock makes no sense.

    We recommend a material based on where the parts end up, and review the model for details that would make printing needlessly awkward.

    We print to an accuracy of 0.1 to 0.3 mm depending on the chosen layer height. Every piece in the batch runs from the same settings.

    We dispatch within five working days and deliver to Czechia, Slovakia, Germany and Austria.

How many pieces can you handle?

We normally work in tens to hundreds of pieces. For larger volumes, get in touch and we will agree on a schedule.

Will every piece be identical?

The whole batch is printed with the same settings and the same material. Accuracy ranges from 0.1 to 0.3 mm depending on the chosen layer height.

What if the design changes between batches?

The change lives in the model. Unlike an injection mould, no tooling has to be reworked - you simply send the new version.
